Rachel Brosnahan is getting ready to play Lois Lane in the newly formed DC Universe. The first movie in the Universe will be Superman: Legacy that will star David Corenswet in the titular role along with Brosnahan and Nicholas Hoult.
Directed by James Gunn, the movie will be the story about Clark Kent and his journey to reconcile his Kryptonian heritage.
Rachel Brosnahan has expressed her views over the previous Superman i.e. Henry Cavill in a very subtle way. When asked about the new Superman, she said ‘This Superman will have a sense of humour’.
This one statement revealed her views over the DCEU and its poster boy. ‘Man Of Steel’ was considered the best in the previous Universe. But, Brosnahan’s take has sparked discussions among the fans.
Many have bashed the opinion citing how too much comedy in the last few movies turned out for DCEU. Many welcomed it as it would make Superman more human and the movies will be less depressing.
