Wonka Crossed $400M Globally!

The world is definitely liking the chocolaty goodness of Wonka’s world as the film is reaching superhit status. Wonka was definitely an underrated title, with fears about it getting lost amidst the other titles.

But Wonka came out as the bigger player as it conquered the Box Office with ease.

Globally, Wonka grossed $400M since its release date of 15th December. Even after 17 days of release, it is still sitting at the Box-office chart’s very top.

WB’s first one of the three consecutive releases, Wonka, also manages to grab global traction, as almost 60% of the entire earnings come from the non-US audience.

Also, with this success, Timothée Chalamet might list his name as one of the future’s brightest, at least keeping the Box office in mind.

Wonka’s brilliance also doesn’t just lie in the craft of filmmaking, but also, the advertisement did its job. But the release window is something that did the magic as it firstly got a good breathing room, and after that, as it started flying, Wonka definitely became a child’s favourite option.
