12 Year Boy rapes 8 year girl in Hyd

A 12 year old boy is in the custody of Meerpet Police after it is complained that he resorted to rape on a 8 year old girl at a relative’s house due to which she suffered bleeding injuries. The incident happened on Sunday night. The victim’s parents found the girl to be bleeding in her private parts.

After learning what happened, they reached out to the police. The incident reportedly occurred at a relative’s house. The Police could not trace the boy. Finally the boy’s father brought him to the station the next morning. Since the rules do not permit to keep the juvenile in custody, police collected his details and handed him over to his father.

A case was registered and the victim was sent for medical examination. The State Commission for Protection of Child Rights was also informed about the case and it will be dealt with the according laws.
