19-year old impresses Facebook CEO

19 years old Harsh Songra had just began his journey with a startup, My Child App but the company managed to impress Facebook Chief Operating Officer Sheryl Sandberg and the social networking giant decided to support the startup under its FBStart Program.

My Child is an Android app which helps the parents to check if their child is likely to be suffering from a developmental disorder by processing basic inputs such as the child’s height, weight and gender, in just 45 seconds.

Sheryl was impressed as he suffered with dyspraxia, a developmental disorder and it took nine years to find it out and get him diagnosed. With Facebook’s support, the App is a super hit and has seen downloads across six continents.
