3 Interesting Options On OTT

The OTT space had been running dry over the past few weeks with not many OTT releases being able to attract the OTT audience. Finally, there is some positive movement in the OTT space.

There are three new OTT releases that have the potential to cater to the larger section of the OTT crowd.

1899 is a Netflix original series that will stream on the platform from today. It can be streamed in English and Hindi. “DARK creators Jantje Friese and Baran bo Odar are going to blow your minds all over again with their new series, 1899!” Netflix tweeted a little while ago. It is a thriller drama series.

Then there is Chiranjeevi’s GodFather which will stream on Netflix from the 19th of this month. The political thriller is a remake of another OTT hit, Lucifer. The Chiranjeevi starrer opened to decent reviews but couldn’t make the most of it at the box office. Can it attract the Telugu OTT audience now?

Then comes Karthi’s Sardar which is said to be a new-age action thriller. The film is said to have a decent premise and a partly engaging narrative. If watched with limited expectations, the film might make for a one-time watch.
