Trailer Talk: Aiming For A Magical Love Story

Whenever you hear about the movie 30 Rojullo Preminchadam Ela, the first thing that comes to the mind is the song – ‘Neeli Neeli Aakasam’. Finally, the trailer of the romantic drama is out now.

The film 30 Rojullo Preminchadam Ela was delayed for nearly a year. Usually, starless flicks get forgotten with such a gap. But, what kept it in the news is the blockbuster single, ‘Neeli Neeli Aakasam’. The trailer and now the promotional material is banking on its popularity to sail through at the box office.

Most of the trailer works as a reminder of the chartbuster singer, which is used in the background. Apart from that, the glimpse of the story we get is a mixed bag. The attempt here seems to be to create a magical love story. It picks a formula for it. We have to see how well it works.

The past ‘village-based’ sequences clearly look better compared to the ‘current’. But, given how fewer those scenes are, one is not sure how to take them. Still, the central theme is out, and it is all about the execution.
