A Spot of Bad Luck for RGV

In a spot of bad luck for Ram Gopal Verma, the release of his film Satya 2 has been postponed. Indeed, the film which had originally been slated for a release this Friday will now see the theatres on the 8th of November, two weeks from its original date. This happened becaused one of the producers of the film was discovered to be involved in a scam. According to a media source, the name of Arun Kumar Sharma who is the owner of LR Media, has come up in relation to a fifty six thousand crore scam. As facts stand, his company has apparent defaulted Rs. 250 crore on NSEL (National Spot Exchange Limited).

As soon as the news hit the industry, it was said that RGV and the other partners met up urgently and decided then and there that there won’t be any further association with Sharma on ‘Satya 2’. But it looks like RGV has finally resolved the issue and posted on Twitter “Those issues have come out of a misunderstanding and everything is sorted now..L R active is very much a part of Satya 2 now.”
