
“I explained our issues and the CM responded positively and said the Committee will take a positive decision. The draft will be shared with the industry people and after that, the new G.O. will be out in a week or two. It is a very fruitful meeting,” Chiranjeevi said.
Meanwhile, the committee appointed to look into the issue had finished two meetings so far. Another and the last meeting will happen later this month and the committee will put forth its final report to the Government.
AP High Court will hear the issue in the second week of February. The Government will file an affidavit in the High Court with its stance on this issue. Industry is hoping the issue will be resolved by the time of third wave subsiding.
