Senior journalist has thrown light on Koratala Siva’s Acharya. “Acharya is no ordinary story. Not exactly similar but it has a kind of story like Sya Raa Narasimha Reddy, where he essayed the role of Uyyala Narasimha Reddy. Akin to that, Acharya is inspired by Vizag Sayudha Poratam, where they have taken the inspiration of a rebellious character behind Chiranjeevi role,” asserts the journalist.
The journalist goes on to talk about how striking and unique the teaser was. “Koratala did an exemplary job in unveiling Chiranjeevi’s look. It is a story of revolution but swords and blood doesn’t bleed but making others question the system and raise voice against it is the true meaning of Acharya,” he adds.
Acharya is not a teacher but someone who acts as an eye-opener. The film was scheduled for release on May 14 but with rising cases, theaters have been shut down, following which the release has been postponed.
