Aishwarya Rai in and as ‘Lakshmi’s Veeragandham’?

Well, don’t be astonished going by the title of this write-up. The director of the controversial movie, ‘Lakshmi’s Veeragandham‘ said that he is trying to approach Bollywood actresses aka Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Rekha and others to play the titular role in his film.

Initially, he wanted either Vani Viswanath or Raai Lakshmi. But, he is planning to release his film in multiple languages and hence, wants a Bollywood actress. Given the subject, the director, and the controversies, it is unlikely that a Bollywood A-lister will give a nod to act in the movie as Lakshmi Parvathi.

The director says Lakshmi Parvathi has no right to threaten him if he wants to expose a part of her life and bring out the truth. When she has no objection to another Biopic to be made in her name, why would she have any objection to this Biopic reasons the director? Seems, the controversies aren’t going to die down, anytime soon.
