Aishwarya still mesmerising Miss World Panel

Aishwarya Rai Bachan, the name itself is enough to talk about her success saga both as a beauty pageant winner (model) and a film star. She is in her forties now and a mother of a cute kid Aaraadhya. Still she is the most sought after actress in Bollywood. Here comes another rare honour for Aish, on the sets of Miss World 2014 beauty pageant contest on Sunday.

She was felicitated as the most impactful beauty, ‘the beauty with a purpose’ by Miss World organiser Julia Morley. Aish alongside her hubby Abhishek Bachan, mother Vrinda Rai and daughter Aaradhya present on the stage received the honours. She won this honour for being the most successful and impactful Miss World over two decades.

Accepting the honour Aish said, “I stand here overwhelmed by this honour. I thank Miss World Organisation for such an incredible honour that I have received. To have the opportunity to hold the title, to wear the crown with pride… that was my one time to go out there and experience beauty with a purpose.” After Priyanka Chopra was crowned the Miss World in 2000, there was no Miss World winner from India thereafter.
