Ajith’s Film Stops Chiranjeevi’s Godfather!

Chiranjeevi’s Godfather shoot which was underway has now come to a halt. The reason for the shoot coming to a grinding halt is due to Kollywood star Ajith.

Ajith is busy with the Valimai shoot which is happening in a foreign locale. The DOP, Nirav Shah, of Godfather and Valimai happens to be the same. Since the cinematographer’s presence is required at Valimai shoot he jetted off to the location.

After wrapping up four days of shoot, the DOP will be resuming Godfather shoot. Godfather helmed by Mohan Raja is the remake of Lucifer. The original has been a huge success. In order to generate good buzz, makers have approached Salman Khan for a cameo, where the actor seems to have given his nod.

Apart from Godfather, on Chiranjeevi’s birthday, two more projects were announced, that is #Mega 154 under Bobby’s direction, while Bholaa Shankar by Meher Ramesh. Both the films teased audiences with few glimpses of their respective films.

Currently, Chiranjeevi awaits Acharya release. The film was supposed to hit screens in May but with the second wave, things got postponed. While the makers are yet to announce officially, it is rumoured that Acharya may be out for Sankranthi next year.
