Hello Gets ‘SOS’ Problem

Everyone would naturally remember Son of Sathyamurthy (SOS), but how many remember that its audio jukebox was taken off for a brief period on Youtube? Yes, it happened, and it was due to a technical error, and later it was restored.

A similar, if not same, problem as occurred for Akhil’s new film Hello. The teaser of the movie is removed from Youtube due to a copyright claim. Here the case seems to be that of miscommunication. The original artist copyrighted the music in the teaser. It has to be used by paying him a certain royalty of sorts, and it has been done. But, there seems to be a problem in reaching the original artist, which is why the teaser got removed. It will be restored soon, hopefully.

The case in both the cases mentioned above is different from what happened to 1 Nenokkadine. Here the video was deleted. Let’s see how sooner or later Hello greets us again.
