Akshay Kumar In Panic After Devara Glimpse

Akshay Kumar has been delivering disaster after disaster in the post-pandemic era. Forget about becoming hits, his films are not even successful in getting a minimum opening at the box office.

Now he has pinned all his hopes on his upcoming action-adventure film, Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, also starring Tiger Shroff who is also suffering through a terrible phase. BMCM is scheduled to be released during the big Eid festival on April 5.

The film is directed by Ali Abbas Zafar who has a decent track record with films like Tiger Zinda Hai and Sultan. This is a high-budget action entertainer shot across some exotic locations around the world. Salaar actor Prithviraj Sukumaran is playing the antagonist.

NTR’s much-anticipated movie Devara is also releasing on the same date. The makers of BMCM were expecting that Devara would not be any kind of threat to their film. But after the release of Devara’s first glimpse yesterday, the BMCM team has hit the panic button.

Devara Glimpse has impressed one and all even on the pan-India level with high-class technical values and outstanding visuals. NTR’s Hindi dialect is also impeccable which is another USP as far as North audience is concerned. NTR is coming after a global phenomenon like RRR and that adds to the anticipation. After the glimpse, trade expects Devara would do great business in Hindi as well.

We have recently seen how Prabhas’ Salaar affected SRK’s much-hyped film, Dunki, in the Hindi belts. The makers of Bade Miyan Chote Miyan would now think twice before clashing with Devara knowing that it would dent the collections of their film in a big way.
