Top producer’s flop son returns to direction again

Jyothi Krishna, son of previously one of the top producers in South India AM Rathnam is going to make his comeback as director in Telugu cinema. Reports suggest that he is going to make his next with hero Gopichand.

More than a decade ago Jyothi Krishna made his debut with the film Nee Manasu Naku Telusu. It was a big budget film made simultaneously in Tamil but it ended up being a huge loss venture to his father producer. Another such film from him Kedi sealed the reputed production house of his father.

Few years ago he made a film outside of father’s banner that again was a disaster. He was silent all the while but looks like his father’s successful return as producer is tempting Jyothi Krishna to test his luck again.
