Amala Paul puts breaks to Manjula’s dream return

Has heroine Amala Paul put breaks to the almost dream like return of heroine Manjula Warrier? If the latest casting decision by the makers of Suriya’s forthcoming film is anything to go by then that is exactly what one could make of it.

Manjula Warrier quit cinemas at the peak of her career post marriage and made a grand return last year with the film How Old Are You? The film was a big success and suddenly she was all over the place with multiple casting calls to her. The biggest of all of them of course was her being the top contender as heroine for Suriya’s upcoming film to be made in the direction of Pandiraj. Everything looked like a dream for her until now.

It is now heard that Manjula has been replaced by Amala Paul for director Pandiraj’s project. The reason for this sudden change in decision is not yet known. The film is expected t take off in second half of the year.
