Amar Akbar Anthony is the new presentation of the big production house Mythri Movie Makers. They recently tasted a big failure with Savyasachi. It is, therefore, necessary that the production hits back strongly with their new venture. But, all the signs so far have been the opposite.

Right from the delay in release date from initially announced October to sudden coming in the dullest season for Telugu movies. The singles and album coming without proper buildup and timing. One would have thought at least the pre-release function would be on target. But, even here they failed to generate interest with no proper planning. The theatrical trailer was showcased at the very closing without any immediate online release.

Going through all these one gets a feeling that everyone is just going through motions without any real belief in the product. We hope that is not the case and the actor, director and the producers get a big success. Amar Akbar Anthony hits screens worldwide on November 16. Srinu Vytla directs the movie starring Ravi Teja and Ileana.
