Amaravati to become a hub of green buildings

Andhra Pradesh government is planning to make Amaravati a hub of green buildings. The government after starting the capital construction will amend the existing building norms. According to that, the government will make it compulsory to have solar roof tops to every building.

These solar roofs tops should be able to meet the power demands of the building and will also get to see excess power to the government. The state government will offer the solar roof tops at subsidized rates to make them affordable.

Chandrababu Naidu government is more focused on energy conservation. The state government is leading in the country by conserving power by replacing conventional lighting with LED lights.
