Amaravati turns lucky for a Real estate builder!

Rain Tree Park Builders opposite Nagarjuna University came up with a huge apartment and villas few years ago. People used to call the builder mad as they say no one will reside in apartments at such interior areas. The occupancy of the flats in the apartments is also very poor. But luck smiled on the builder with Amaravati.

On Tuesday, government had decided to rent the 256 flats and 26 villas available there. The flats will be given to all India services officers and Villas will be given to the ministers. This implies that Andhra Pradesh government is looking at shifting to Amaravati almost immediately.

Hunt is on for the accommodation arrangements to all other employees and the families to work out of Amaravati. If the government also manages to solve the local status issue with the center, more or less the employees will have no objection shifting to the new capital.
