Amaravati wears a festive look ahead of D-Day!

As the clock ticks to October 22nd, Andhra Pradesh’s Capital dream will rise from dust as Prime Minister Narendra Modi will lay foundation stone for the capital at Uddandarayunipalem. Both Vijayawada and Guntur are readied like just to be wed brides with many-hued lightings. The cash strapped state government had made elaborate arrangements to the event so as to grab the attention of the World.

The event will have its share of controversies with opposition parties boycotting the historical event. Expectations on future have brought in a sense of belongingness in the people over the capital as it is evident with the super success of the Neeru – Matti initiative. Five Crore People of the state eagerly wait for Prime Minister Narendra Modi to announce a whopping package for the truncated state.

With elaborate arrangements done, the state government now looks at smooth conducting of the event on the D-Day after facing a hostile opposition, green activists and farmers and farm labourers’ associations. Realizing the capital dream will mean that the future of a state is secured.
