An ‘out-of-Court settlement’ for deceased actress’ family!

We are all aware of the very talented Telugu and Tamil actress Soundarya’s demise in 2004 in a helicopter crash and apparently she is back in highlights because of some issue regarding her huge property. The actress, who was popular for her amazing acting and her highly successful roles opposite superstars like Rajinikanth, Chiranjeevi and Kamal Haasan, passed away while she was campaigning for elections in a helicopter crash incident which also killed her brother.

Recently we heard that Soundarya’s relatives, including her mother, sister-in-law and son, are fighting a bitter case in order to acquire her property left after her demise. They are trying to get the control of her wealth possession which is approximately Rs 100 crores. The case has been filed at the Karnataka High Court and according to their ‘out-of-Court settlement’, the property will be shared ‘equally’ among them.
