An unplanned revenge by Pooja Hegde

Pooja Hegde is the latest sensation in T town with films like Oka Laila Kosam and Mukunda in her kitty. Many production houses are now running after her to sign her in their big films. But the actress is reportedly politely declining all those offers due to her busy commitment elsewhere. Many are seeing this as a sort of revenge though.

Getting into detail, not many know that the actress had made her debut in Tamil cinema couple of years ago with the film Mugamoodi opposite Jiva. The film was a colossal flop leaving the actress high and dry. She sent her portfolios to many production houses but they all refused to cast her. Now the actress after some gap got two good projects ready to release and an ultimate project in Bollywood where she would be seen opposite Hrithik Roshan. With such good films in hand and sensing a rising popularity many who rejected her back in the day want to sign her as heroine now. Only she doesn’t have dates for them now.

It is not something that the Pooja Hegde had planned but in a way it has come across as tit for tat for the production houses that rejected her. Will she in future be ready to do Southern films is something we have to wait and watch.
