An Unusual Pan-India Combination From Tollywood

Director Sekhar Kammula is joining hands with Tamil Superstar Dhanush for a Pan-India project. Asian Cinemas will be producing this project which will be shot simultaneously in Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi languages. The announcement has happened today on the occasion of Late Smt. Sunita Narang’s birthday.

This is the maiden Pan-India project of Sekhar Kammula. Dhanush is riding high on the super success of Karnan and is awaiting the release of his Jagame Thandhiram later today directly on Netflix. The actor also has three more projects in three languages – Hindi, Tamil, and English.

This is an unusual combo because Dhanush is known for his raw and rustic films while Sekhar Kammula is famous for films with aesthetic appeal.

Meanwhile, Sekhar Kammula is awaiting the release of Love Story starring Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi after the COVID second wave. Love Story is likely to be the first release of the Telugu Film Industry after the Second wave. It will release after the Night curfew is lifted in AP and Telangana.

The film is likely to go on floors sometime this year. The team is in talks with some very big names of various languages and a top-notch technical team which will be announced very soon.
