In few hours from it will be that moment again when the entire Nation of India will come to a standstill, films and film industries notwithstanding. People are already looking for excuses to bunk the offices and students the classes. Even the stars are not far behind as they have all decided to skip the day’s shoot all over. It’s the day when Indian’s take on the Aussies in the semis of the World Cup.

Historically this kind of frenzy is displayed for a match with Pakistan. But over the years the way our nemeses has fared against us and the way it has shaped up as a team, the fire that was once seen, especially from the Indian side is missing. It still raises the emotional level which was seen earlier in the world cup when India played against them. It was THE match that brought the nation’s interest strongly towards the world cup.

How it is the match that is about to happen now that is seen as the all important match for India. Today Australia has become the opposition that was once Pakistan. Every Indian wants to see the team defeat Aussies and what better platform to do it than on the semis of a World Cup? Can the Men in Blue do it one more time and make it to the finals?

So far the Indian team has performed amazingly and has reached to the semis with great ease. Hence it’s not too farfetched to say that they can do it again if they maintain the same form. We think it’s the time for the Indian team to achieve glory, it’s the time to Bleed Blue.
