Rajamouli and the team are sharing their experiences of the great journey that went about four years. We have one of those facts that came out about Baahubali. The infant who played the role of Mahendra Baahubali in the first part where Sivagami drowns trying to save the baby is, in fact, a girl.

The girl was the child of one of the production executives of the film in Kerala. The baby was 18 months old when these scenes of the infant Baahubali were shot. Reports say that the baby was in the shoot for five days to cover those scenes where the infant Baahubali is seen.
