Another Huge Plus For ‘The Ghost’

Tollywood Manmadhudu Akkineni Nagarjuna is coming up with a slick action thriller, The Ghost, which is all set to release on October 5. Directed by Praveen Sattaru, the film is carrying decent expectations among moviegoers.

The film wrapped up its censor formalities recently and passed with a U/A certificate. Meanwhile, the latest we hear is that the film’s runtime is locked as 2 hours 15 minutes which is quite a reasonable one for an action-packed film.

An action thriller has to be taut and engaging, and if the runtime is lengthy, there is a danger of the movie turning out to be dragging and boring. But compact runtime of 135 minutes is perfect for The Ghost.

The exhibitors will also be able to allot more shows in the multiplexes to The Ghost because of its not-so-lengthy runtime.

The Ghost is hitting the screens in competition with Megastar Chiranjeevi’s GodFather. Co-starring Sonal Chauhan as the female lead, Nagarjuna will be seen in the role of a no-nonsense Interpol officer. Sunil Narang, Pushkar Ram Mohan, and Sharath Marar jointly bankrolled the film.
