AP ahead of Telangana in real boom

Even though the truncated state is bogged down by a plethora of problems, Andhra Pradesh is well ahead of the other Telugu state in number of property and land registrations. Telangana real estate is looking at a possible improvement while AP’s real estate is booming.

AP posted a revenue of 1239.29 Crore in July exceeding its own target of 1172 Crore. On the other side, Telangana just managed 1008.45 Crore in the same period. In Telangana, Rangareddy and Hyderabad together accounted for 68% of the total state revenue while the contribution of remaining areas is nominal.

In AP, the real boom seem to be evenly distributed with Vishakapatnam topping with 17% and Krishna-Guntur, the upcoming capital region of Andhra Pradesh together contribute 27%. Except for Srikakulam and Vizianagaram, all districts of AP either achieved or exceeded the revenue target.
