AP Government's clear reply to Green Tribunal

Andhra Pradesh government’s counsel had filed an affidavit with National Green Tribunal (NGT) regarding the environmental clearances to the upcoming state capital. The government clearly said that the capital have all the necessary permissions.

The government in the affidavit said that the clearances documents are available with State Environmental Impact Assessment Authority and Andhra Pradesh Pollution Control board. The government alleged that the petitioner, P.Srimannarayana was trying to mislead the Green Tribunal.

The National Green Tribunal posted the next hearing the case to November 5th. It is known to our readers that the Green Tribunal had ordered the state government to stop all the construction works of Amaravati with immediate effect.
