These Telugu Films Lock Their Sankranthi 2021 Dates

Now that the two Telugu states are precise with their soaps to the film industry for their revival, there is some movement regarding the releases as far as Sankranthi 2021 is concerned. We have so far three releases, who are locked to arrive for the festival.

Two of the three also happen to be the ones who have started the promotions. They are none other than Krack and Red. The former is already out with a date. Krack will hit the cinemas on January 14th, 2021. The third one is Aranya starring Rana Daggubati.

We are currently hearing two talks as far as Red is concerned. While some say it confirmed for the festival and will arrive on January 14th itself, there is also a buzz that the makers are in two minds. We have to wait for an official announcement regarding Red.

No such confusion regarding Aranya, though. It will reportedly hit the theatres on January 14th irrespective of the competition.

Apart from these three, the other film that has locked Sankranthi 2021 release is Tamil star Thalapathy’s Master. It is expected to hit the screens on January 13th in Tamil and Telugu simultaneously.

These are three films so far which are in the fray for Sankranthi screening. There are a couple more in the pipeline. But, they are waiting for the response from the audience to the first cinema that hits the theatres’ post lockdown. If it’s positive, they will also jump in the competition.
