Are National Awards Becoming A Curse For TFI?

Allu Arjun’s arrest has become a burning topic of discussion throughout the nation since yesterday. The actor, who was enjoying the stupendous success of Pushpa 2, was arrested by the police all of a sudden in connection with the stampede incident that happened at Sandhya Theatre.

Pushpa completely changed Allu Arjun’s career. The film not only made him a pan-India star but also brought him the prestigious National Award for Best Actor. He is the only actor in the history of Telugu cinema to receive the Best Actor National Award.

After watching his spectacular performance in Pushpa 2, everyone thought that another National Award was incoming for Allu Arjun. However, this unfortunate arrest came as a shock.

Recently, popular choreographer Jani Master was arrested in a sexual harassment case. He was arrested after his National Award was declared. Unfortunately, his award was suspended when he got arrested.

Allu Arjun received the National Award last year, and now, when many people were expecting another National Award for him, he got arrested.

While Jani was arrested before receiving the award, Bunny was arrested after receiving the award. Looking at these recent developments, some people on social media feel that the National Awards have been a curse for Tollywood in the recent past.
