‘Awe’ Director Wanted to Runaway from Nani

Prashanth Varma must be one of those lucky debut directors who never interfered with his work and allowed the newbie to do whatever he had written and didn’t make him change his vision for his ‘Awe’.

Initially, Prashanth Varma’s stories were thought to be potent enough for big stars but somehow got ditched and didn’t work out. Therefore, the director developed this fear for making his project big and when Nani too suggested making the movie on a larger scale, he was frightened and run away from Nani.

When Prashanth Varma wrote ‘Awe‘, he didn’t keep the box-office equations in his mind. Now, Nani’s help to make his debut film is making him hope that this film works well at the Box-office, at least for Nani’s sake. Even Nani said that he produced ‘Awe’ by investing what he had earned from films and will welcome the verdict of the audiences and he is willing to take the risk.
