Baahubali, A Fantasy, GPS Is History – Krish on Differences

When ‘Rudramadevi’ was in the making, comparisons were brought between the film and Rajamouli’s ‘Baahubali’. Now, the focus has shifted to ‘Gautamiputra Satakarni’. Why this comparison?

In the first place, such films like GPS and ‘Baahubali’ are very rare and can create history. While ‘Baahubali’ took a lot of time for the making, ‘Gautamiputra Satakarni’ comparatively was completed very fast. One is a fantasy drama and the other one is a historical movie.

That’s not the only reason, Krish had a limited budget at his disposal and hence did everything according to plan without wasting time and money. Moreover, it was Rajamouli’s advice to use minimum graphics for this film as the story is a real one. Keeping all these things in mind, Krish surprised everyone by pulling off a big film in a short span of time. Kudos!
