S. S. Rajamouli’s Baahubali saga — starring Prabhas, Rana Daggubati, Anushka Shetty, Sathyaraj, and Ramya Krishnan — changed the face of Indian cinema.
Both Baahubali: The Beginning and Baahubali: The Conclusion broke box office records and took Telugu cinema to a global stage.
Now, the makers are returning with a fresh twist: Baahubali: The Epic, a recut version merging both films into a single three-and-a-half-hour feature.
The promotional campaign is quite unconventional. The team recently went viral with a meme referencing a Coldplay concert moment at Gillette Stadium, where the CEO of AI firm Astronomer hugged and kissed his HR chief on the live screen.
Captioned “CEO and Mahishmati HR,” alongside Prabhas and Anushka’s iconic image, the post struck a humorous chord across social media.
Baahubali: The Epic releases in theaters on October 31, aiming to combine nostalgia with fresh energy. If the buzz translates, this recut could give the franchise yet another historic box office moment.
