Baahubali 2 – Lesser Audio Expectations Than BB1?

Is the album of Baahubali 2 having lesser expectations than the first part, going by the buzz among the fans that surely seems to be the case? The release of the track list by music director MM Keeravani feels like an official validation.

There are five songs in Baahubali 2, and unlike Baahubali most of those songs give situational vibes. Even otherwise there is a strong emotional feel evoked just based on the lyric. Only one song looks like is in the romantic duet mold. It doesn’t mean the songs can’t be popular, the title track, for example, is a huge winner right from the first motion poster.

In Baahubali, the major attraction apart from visuals was the songs. Pacha Bottesina, Dheevara, and Manohari were sensational. Baahubali 2 from the track list gives the impression of a more narrative-oriented emotional drama with little scope for other emotional pleasures.

Let us see how certain the expectations are as the audio launch is just days away. Baahubali 2 directed by SS Rajamouli has music by MM Keeravani. A grand audio launch function is all set to happen on March 26.
