Baby bump: Actress breaks 67yrs tradition

Bollywood actress Rani Mukherji has been organizing Durga Puja for a long time in the city on a major scale. The actress did this with the help of her family but did all the work herself and personally took care of each and everything. However, with the Durga Puja upcoming, her fans are about to be a little disappointed as the actress will not be available to organize the event this year.

The actress, who tied the knot with Aditya Chopra of Yash Raj Films a little while back, is currently pregnant and is probably out of the country. Rani has been too secretive about her personal life, be it her marriage, honeymoon, or now pregnancy.

The puja, which has been held by the North Bombay Sarbojanin Durga Puja group for the past 67 years, will still happen and Rani’s cousin, Kajol, will also be a part of it like every year but Rani will be missing.
