Things seem to be taking an ugly turn for Kamal Haasan after his recent interview where he expressed his personal opinions on politics and present day politicians. In the recent developments, several political and religious outfits are spewing venom on the star.

A religious outfit by name Akhila Hindu Mahasabha has expressed its anger on the actor by tearing the photographs of the actor and the submitted a memorandum to the collector of the district against the actor for allegedly making some instigating remarks. This happened in Coimbatore.

Another organisation by name Hindu Makkal Katchi lodged a complaint at Chennai Commissioner’s office for allegedly making blasphemous statements on the religious text, Mahabharata, the epic and also spreading unrest among people. Well, Kamal is making headlines for such statements rather than his films.
