Balakrishna Director Continues The Sentiment

Balakrishna will soon kick start the shoot of Gopichand Malineni’s tentatively titled #NBK107. The filmmaker is known for choosing his characters who also carry significant weightage akin to the protagonist.

After Sandalwood actor Duniya Vijay, a talented actress has now come on board for NBK107. The actress is Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, who has previously worked with Gopichana Malineni for Krack. Her role in Krack as Jayamma earned her a good name and recognition which paved the door for her in Tollywood.

Many are now dubbing her as the filmmaker’s lucky charm, thus the director has roped in Varalaxmi Sarathkumar for Balakrishna’s film continuing the same sentiment. In this regard, the makers unveiled a new poster announcing Varalaxmi Sarathkumar joining the team.

The film stars Shruti Haasan as the female lead and Thaman composing the music. It is bankrolled by Mythri Movie Makers and the movie will go on floors this month, January. Gopichand Malineni and Balakrishna are riding on the success of their last respective films, Akhanda and Krack. The filmmaker is known for coming up with commercial potboilers and being his first time with Balakrishna, Nandamuri fans are excited to see how the film would turn out.
