Balayya Becomes BJP’s Favorite

We have seen BJP leaders fuming on Nandamuri Balakrishna for a speech against Prime Minister Narendra Modi during Special Status agitation. BJP leaders and fans have a special grudge against him for that but everything has changed now.

BJP and the right wingers are promoting Balakrishna’s Akhanda movie and are praising the hero sky high for the Hindutva content in the movie. At the time, when Bollywood is making films promoting missionaries and left-leaning ideology, Akhanda was a treat for them.

In Akhanda, Balakrishna plays an Aghora and is seen mouthing several dialogues about Shiva, Dharma, Temples, etc. Even the North Indian are seen hailing the movie. All of sudden, Balakrishna has become the favorite of the BJP.

Meanwhile, Akhanda had a great second day at the box office. The juggernaut is expected to continue over the weekend and it has to be seen what happens after that. As much as 56 Crore is riding on the film’s theatrical business.
