Balayya’s girl for Gopichand

Sonal Chauhan, who made a dream debut in Tollywood opposite Balakrishna Nandamuri in Legend, has signed her second film in Telugu.

Reportedly, the Jannat actress has been zeroed in on to play the second fiddle to Ram in his forthcoming film Pandaga Chesko. Directed by Gopichand Malineni, the film features Rakul Preet Singh as the leading lady.

Tipped to be a mass entertainer, the film will see Ram as a NRI millionaire who comes to India on a mission. Kona Venkat and Anil Ravipudi have provided the screenplay for this film that has music by SS Thaman. Ram has pinned a lot of hopes on this film as his last releases Ongole Gitta and Masala ended up as disasters at the box-office.
