One million dollars lottery with a bill found on road!

Next time when you find a bill on road, make sure you pick it. A bartender, Hubert Tang in USA did the same, he just picked up a $20 worth bill on a street outside San Francisco Airport and used it to play the California lottery.

He bought two lottery tickets with it and scratched them to find one of those just won the top prize of one million dollars with it. Unable to believe his luck, he showed it to his friend and confirmed.

Tang confessed that he did not play the lottery for the last 10 years. He now plans to use a part of this money to place $20 bills in random places for other lucky players to find. Other than that Tang do not have any other plans
