Bejawada schools vying for international tag

After the state bifurcation, there seem to be some intense activity going on in and around Vijayawada. Many reputed institutions are keen on establishing international schools in the region. Some of them have started scouting for lands to setup the schools while others are ready to start construction by next academic year.

They say three new schools with standards on a par with world class schools would be coming up in and around Vijayawada in the next couple of years. So far only Dr KKR Happy Valley School (HVS) in Aagiripalli is deemed as an international school.

Some of the existing famous schools of the region are also planning to broaden their territores with international schools. Vijayawada’s Ravindra Bharati Public School is one of them. Despite very costly fee structure, they say the admissions are going on well.
