Bheemla Nayak: The Pawan Kalyan Problem

Powerstar Pawan Kalyan and Rana Daggubati’s Ayyappanum Koshiyum Remake has got a BTS video released the other day. The video has Pawan Kalyan in Khaki and ends with the message that Bheemla Nayak will arrive for Sankranthi 2022.

As like for every Pawan Kalyan film, the BTS video is more like his show, very much on expected lines. We can see bits and pieces of Rana, Trivikram, and the others involved in the movie. Daggubati fans are very disappointed that their hero is being overshadowed in all the promotional material of the film so far.

Leaving aside their disappointment, Ayyappanum Koshiyum success is more about the brilliance of two actors – Biju Menon and Prudhviraj. The way their characterization have shaped up worked big time for the film.

It will be a grave injustice to the script if the promotional material is any indication of the film. Hopefully that will not happen and the fears of Daggubati fans and the fans of the Original are unnecessary.
