Big Boss Telugu – Boring And Disappointing Inmates?

The Big Boss Telugu hosted by Young Tiger NTR is going to be started today. Over the past few days, the promotions done by the channel with the star actively being part of it has generated much interest in the show. But Big Boss ultimately is a show that is heavily dependent on the inmates it gets.

A leaked list is doing the rounds from early in the day, and we have to say, if that is true, then the show is in for a big disappointment ahead. Recently, when the contents of the Big Boss Tamil were announced, it was widely criticized as missing the spice, it was because the names in circulation were far bigger and were overall more attractive. The same thing has happened to Telugu Big Boss now with the initial list of names. In fact, the response this rumored list has got is worse than the Tamil final list.

First of all the biggest problem here is everyone on the list is related to the entertainment segment, one way or the other. The diversity is absent. But the more significant problem is no one evokes a big celebrity name kind of feeling. The names mentioned have a has-been feeling attached to them. Still, going back to Tamil Big Boss, it has opened to good response and the TRP’s is encouraging. Maybe that would be the case with Telugu as well, as the format itself is different for Telugu people, and a big star like Jr NTR is a bonus.
