Prabhas is hoping to hit the bullseye with Adipurush. This is his major release after two back to back duds, Saaho and Radhe Shyam. So the stakes are naturally high on Adipurush, which has Prabhas playing Lord Ram.

The pre-look poster of Adipurush was released recently and it has indeed caught the attention. But there is one detail about the poster that has led to a heated discussion.

“What on earth were Prabhas and Om Raut thinking while releasing the poster? It can be seen that Prabhas, in Lord Rama avatar is wearing sandals. Don’t they know that Ramayan says Ram used to wear wooden Paduks? They are using stylized slippers for Prabhas now This is poor execution” an eagle eyed netizen pointed out.

However, it is too early to be commenting about the attire already. We should wait till the film is out before pointing out the loopholes, if any. But that isn’t stopping netizens from calling out the men behind Adipurush on logical grounds.
