Bigg Boss 2: Where’s the Natural Star in Nani?

Let’s begin with the positive thing. This time, the ‘Bigg Boss 2‘ house is grander and colourful. In one word, it’s fancy looking and catches the attention of the viewers, instantly. But, the house is a bit different from the previous house with regard to the concept.

The show began well, following the same template they had used for season one with Nani’s introduction and he, in turn, introducing the features of the ‘Bigg Boss 2’ house. One thing is clear. Nani is following NTR in many ways. But, the natural star is missing the natural flow.

He is visibly nervous and one can understand the huge burden he is carrying, the benchmark set by a star hero like NTR. It isn’t an easy job and he is very well aware of it. However, we expect some punches from the natural star like he does in films. But, the dialogues in films are scripted and Nani seems to be lost as this show probably might not be scripted, to the tee.

However, this is only the beginning. He might get better episode by episode as he gets used to the concept, the television format of the game show and also the participants. Let’s wait and see how Nani changes this initial impression on his hosting.
