Boatload of Actors: Nani Safely Disembarks from Falling

Once again, ace director Mani Ratnam has brought on board an ensemble cast comprising seasoned actors like Aravind Swamy, Vijay Sethpathy, Jyothika, Simbu, Fahadh Faasil and Aishwarya Rajesh among others for his next project to go on to the sets from January 2018, onwards.

Getting on board so many actors have been a plus and also a minus for this ace director who never stops experimenting despite huge disasters coming in between. His last release ‘Cheliyaa’ was a disaster. However, his past fame is enough to rope in an ensemble cast with seasoned actors.

Initially, it was Nani’s name which did rounds for the role to be essayed by Tamil hero Simbu, now. Many were anxious as Nani could fall to the ‘big director’ tag. But, things fall into place as the natural star has prior commitments in Telugu. Besides the big cast, popular cinematographer Santosh Sivan to going to handle the camera for this upcoming movie.
