Bollywood Bluff arrested in US for Visa Fraud

Sukhpal Veer Singh who claims to work with a bollywood company arrived at the John F Kennedy Airport from Kuwait with a visa issued by the US embassy in New Delhi. However his visa was revoked last month due to irregularities in applications and so he was arrested on Visa Fraud up on his arrival.

In his application, Sukhpal stated that he was a production manager for Bollywood studio “Seven Star Film Productions”. But he is actually unemployed and also it admitted to Customs and Border Protection officers. An official complaint for visa fraud was filed on Monday at the Brooklyn Federal Court.

Similar arrest was made in February 2013, a person from India was arrested after he claimed to come to US for ccouting for filming locations for a Bollywood company. But later he was found to be a farmer.
