BTech student becomes topper after suicide!

Mohammad Adnan Hilal, a distressed student from J&K University committed suicide after he found failed in Physics subject. He was the first semester student of electronic engineering at Government Polytechnic College in Srinagar. He committed suicide by jumping in Jhelum river and his body found 4 days later.

In the re-evaluation, he is not only passed in that subject and also topped in the class for the semester by securing 70% aggregate marks. Hilal Ahmad Gilkar, father of the Adnan blasted University officials and said his son’s death was a murder by callousness of some people. He actually secured 48 marks after rev-evaluation whereas he got only 28 marks in the results thus described him a failed student.

Instead of regretting for their lackluster behavior, the university officials simply saying it’s a mistake and an usual happenings in the Universities. Whereas Adnan’s father said the people responsible for this mischief should be identified and punished as per service rules of the government.
