Can NTR Touch 1000 Cr Again?

Junior NTR earlier had a 1000 crore grosser in the form of RRR. He then followed it up with Devara, which reportedly made in the range of ₹500 crore gross.

Now the discussion is about whether or not, NTR will be able to touch the thousand crore mark again as early as 2025.

Notably, NTR is currently working on War 2 which happens to be the sequel for blockbuster War. This film has Hrithik Roshan and NTR in the lead roles. The expectations are super high on the same, at least in the Hindi belt.

Considering the massive success of the first part and the prevalent trend of sequels, going all guns blazing at the box office, there’s a discussion on whether War 2 would be able to mint Rs 1000 crore.

The most significant contributions will obviously come from the Hindi belt and also the overseas markets. Thanks to the presence of NTR, the film must certainly perform big in the Telugu belts as well.

The first part – War collected in the range of Rs 378 crore gross worldwide. This is more less in the vicinity of what Pushpa had collected earlier. Then we all saw the kind of madness that was created by the second part of Pushpa.

If War 2 holds its ground in the Hindi belt and makes the most of the sequel advantage, then it has a realistic shot at the Rs 1000 crore mark.

If this strong sequel trend is anything to go by, then it could perhaps be argued that NTR has a potential 1000 crore grosser in the form of War 2. Cover the catch here is that even War 2 happens to be a multistarrer, much like RRR. So NTR will have to share the credits again.
