Can Venkatapuram Upstage Radha?

Venkatapuram starring Rahul of Happy Days fame is a thriller that is going to release this Friday. It is going to clash with the Sharwanand starrer Radha which also releases on the same day.

Both are small films, but Radha is clearly the bigger one among the two. Still, can Venkatapuram throw a surprise is a question in everyone’s mind? The reason for this is good promos and exciting thriller premise of Venkatapuram versus that of Radha which looks like a regular run of the mill kind.

There is already a good buzz within the industry for the thriller starring Rahul, courtesy few preview shows. It obviously won’t be able to match gross for gross but better ratings, and word of mouth could help it win the perception battle.
